Bob Noll is President of Noll Remodeling. Bob has lived most of his life in the Greater Cincinnati area. He graduated from St. Xavier High School in 1976. Bob attended college at the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in mechanical engineering in 1980, and took graduate courses at Xavier University.

Bob and his wife Rhonda have 4 kids of ages 12-17, 3 boys and then 1 girl. Their family stays busy with basketball, tennis, and soccer. Bob started his professional career in manufacturing as a Quality Assurance Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Operations Manager. Becoming President of Noll Remodeling in 1993 as a second generation remodeler, Bob quickly established a reputation as one of the premier high-end remodelers in the Cincinnati area. When asked what has made his company so successful, Bob responded "We see a lot of repeat business because we care about the quality of what we do everyday, we are considerate of our homeowners wishes, and we run our jobs as if we were working on our own home".

Dave Springelmeyer, project manager, has been in the construction business his entire life in one facet or another. Dave started working for a contractor when he was in the eighth grade and continued to do so through college. After attaining his degree from Northern Kentucky University, Dave went into lumber sales and eventually started his own woodworking company.

He sold his wood working company and returned to millwork sales. Dave worked as a field construction manager for several years before coming to Noll Remodeling. Having Dave as part of our team is a main reason Noll Remodeling is so successful today. Dave and his wife Margie have 4 children and have lived in the Northern Kentucky area their entire life.
