It is extremely important to find
a talented bathroom remodeling designer in Cincinnati, who can provide drawings
of new bathrooms for you to evaluate. A bathroom design will have
dimensions of bathroom cabinets and perspective sketches.
Before your bathroom remodeling project is started, you will need to look at several construction considerations:
plumbing restrictions, structural changes, electric capacity,
and HVAC. For a detailed review of these items for bathrooms and
kitchens, please click on:

In designing your bathroom, you may
be able to steal space from an adjoining room. This can make all
the difference in creating a sensational master bath. Next, draw
the plumbing fixtures (sink, shower, toilet) according to where
the plumbing exists now. If you would like to change the location
of one or more of the fixtures, Noll Builders and Remodelers can evaluate if
this is possible.
If
space gets tight in part of the bathroom, mark the locations of
key elements on the floor with masking tape, or draw your plan
on grid paper. The Home Quick Planner Kit provides ¼ inch
scale bathroom fixtures, bathroom cabinets, and grids. Click on
Bathroom
Design for this kit. When you have an idea where things
go, it is important to "walk" your plan. Physically
move in your "new" bathroom and test your bathroom design
to see if the spacing can work. If you are still unsure of a dimension,
find another bathroom in your house or a friend's that has a simila
r situation and see if it works, before you start your bathroom
remodeling.
Make sure that you have sufficient
lighting to avoid shadows at the vanity. In addition to overhead
ceiling light such as recessed cans, place diffused light fixtures
at eye level or higher on each side of the mirror. Fixtures can
be placed in the plate glass mirror, or a fixture could be placed
above the mirror.
